It’s very simple: stand in front of a mirror, after removing the hair from your forehead. Now carefully look at the face, studying its features and proportions.
1. Visually determine the distance from the hairline to the tip of the chin. If it is greater than the distance from the edge of the right cheek to the edge of the left cheek, you have an oval face shape.
2. If the distance from the hairline to the bottom of the chin is approximately equal to the distance from the edge of the right to the edge of the left cheek, you have a round or square face.
3. If the upper part of the face, namely the distance between the temples, is greater than the distance from the right to the left cheek, while you have a rather narrow chin, your face has the shape of a “heart”.
