Facial gymnastics is a set of exercises aimed at tightening and releasing the muscles of the face. Of the 51 muscles in the face and neck that contribute to our facial expressions, we only use a few. Facial gymnastics will help you eliminate wrinkles, optically narrow your face, strengthen your eyelids, lift the corners of your mouth, or even increase your lips! It has no age limit to start these exercises. The sooner you start with prevention, the more your skin will thank you in the future.

- Look at the ceiling and lift your lower eyelids up to make a strong squint, then relax.
- Repeat six more times and finish by closing your eyes tightly for 10 seconds.

- Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then relax.
- Perform 3 times for 15 seconds
Exercise 3
- hide the teeth with the lips to make an ‘o’ shape with the mouth.
