You just need to grind some coffee beans. You can also use leftover grounds from your morning coffee. In 1 st. l. coffee add 1 tbsp. l. water. Mix well. Apply this mixture on your face and scrub in circular motions. Keep the scrub on for 4-6 minutes. Wash it off. Pat your face dry. Splash some warm water on your face. Using a soft cloth, gently wipe dry. Take 1 tbsp. l. cleansing cream in a bowl. Add to it 2 tbsp. l. fine ground sugar. Mix well to create a sandy paste. Apply this mixture on your face in circular motions. Try to cover small lines, dry patches and the side of the nose. Avoid applying it to the eyes. Now dampen a soft washcloth with warm water. Take ½ cup of coconut oil. If coconut oil is not available, you can use olive oil or almond oil instead, but the use of peanut oil, vegetable oil, or canola oil should be strictly avoided. Add to it 2 tbsp. l. sugar and mix well. Now add to this mixture 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. This enhances the cleansing properties of this scrub. Wipe it all over your freshly washed face. Although almond food is available in every store, you can also easily make it at home. Simply take raw almonds and grind them until they turn into finely ground almond flour.
